Who we are
The International Responsible Online Entertainment Association (IROEA) is a non-profit trade organisation registered in the US state of Delaware under Section 101 of the General Corporation Law of the State of Delaware. It represents industrial interests on the international stage, including Affiliate Networks, Online Casinos, Game Suppliers, Payment Providers, and Social Gaming and Sportsbook Operators.
All association members have obtained an operating license issued by an accredited regulator in the jurisdiction where they are active. All member organisations therefore operate legally and in accordance with the gambling regulations in the country or jurisdiction where the license was issued.
We work with our members to promote and strengthen high operational standards in our industry, build trust, and demonstrate our integrity through Responsible Gambling initiatives. Our shared mission is to advocate for a safe, sustainable, and enjoyable environment for players and industry operators alike.

Our Goals
We are committed to building a stronger, more sustainable future for the online entertainment industry. We advocate for a safe and secure environment for players through the implementation of industry standards of Responsible Gambling practice.
We strive to:
- Create an association of industry experts, regulators, and player advocacy groups.
- Promote the use of a standardised set of Responsible Gambling tools.
- Create educational content and industry initiatives with a focus on Responsible Gambling.
- Advocate for support networks, helplines and community-based services for individuals who may be struggling with gambling related issues.
- Create a forum for open dialogue about Responsible Gambling.
Our Vision
